After the dust has settled on the 2025 football season across the state of Ohio, the OHSAA released their 2025 All-Ohio teams and Warrior Football saw two honorees in Jamier Brown (First Team) and Paxton Tengesdahl (Second Team).
Brown, the GWOC's Offensive Player of the Year, put forward an impressive season where he eclipsed 1,700 all-purpose yards over their 14 game season (122 yd/g). Most of that damage was done through the air where he caught 73 balls for 1009 yards and 10 touchdowns. He added 83 yards and two scores on the ground as well as 623 return yards and four touchdowns, totally 16 touchdowns on the year. As the only non-senior wide receiver to receive first team honors, Brown will look to build on what as already been an impressive career in his senior campaign.
Tengesdahl was named to the Second Team as the anchor of one of the most potent offenses in the state. The Warriors averaged 333 yards of offense per game, scoring 28.5 points per game in the process. A senior this year, Tengesdahl is committed to play football at the University of Indianapolis next year.
Congratulations to our two student-athletes on their tremendous honor!
