Thompson Named District 15 Player of the Year, Four Earn All-District Honors

The Ohio High School Basketball Coaches Association (OHSBCA) released its annual All District awards and Warrior Basketball was well represented.

Senior Isaiah Thompson headlined the group being named a First Team member as well as earning the Senior of the Year award.

Fellow seniors Kaden Post and Alphonso Ward II were also named to the First Team.

Sophomore Dontay Chivers was tabbed with Second Team honors to round out the list.

The Warriors led the way in terms of student-athlete recognition with four different student-athletes, outpacing Lakota West who had three.

All four student athletes will compete in the District 15 All-Star game to be held on March 18th at Northridge High School.
