Warrior Soccer Uses Big 1st Half for Season Opening Victory

Warrior Soccer got out to a hot start, taking a 4-0 halftime lead in their season opener against Kenton Ridge on Tuesday night. They managed another second half goal and their defense held up as they closed out a 5-3 victory.

Junior O'Sajay Lacy led the offensive attack, scoring a hat trick on the evening. The other two goals came from sophomore Isaiah Battles and junior Franklin Emeneya.

Junior Varsity set the stage for the evening, winning 4-1 in the first game of the night.

The program is on the road for their next game as they travel to Vandalia Butler for a double header on Thursday, August 21st at 5:30 and 7:15 pm.
